People get stressed out about a number of things and they’re all different triggers. People sometimes are not sure how to deal with some stress in a helpful way.
Right down all of the things that are stressing you and then give them a number from 1-10. Allow one to be the bottom of the meter, “little to no stress”, while ten is extremely catastrophic situations. When you do this, you can train your mind to not stress over little things that shouldn’t be stressed over either way.
By laying out tomorrow’s outfit or fixing tomorrow’s lunch, you’ll save time and feel less anxious about your day.
