Seek out your friends and the social activities that you usually enjoy. Whenever you feel depressed, you may not want to do things that you normally enjoy. However, it is very important to surround yourself with people you care about. Continue engaging in your normal, day-to-day activities. If you avoid normal activities, you may feel even worse.
Do not alter your normal work and social life by keeping up with normal social outings and activities. Depression may cause you from wanting to do your normal activities. Continue to do your normal activities.
