Consider making sanding blocks yourself that you can reuse time and again. Start by cutting six blocks from scrap 3/4″ plywood for every sandpaper grit you generally use. Be sure that the measurements are around two-and-a-half inches by four-and-three-quarters inches. Apply spray adhesive to secure the cork tile to the blocks. Place one block onto the cork and make sure the cork is cut flush with a sharp knife. Put adhesive on a sheet of sandpaper and apply it on each block of cork. Then cut the sandpaper that is flush with the cork and label the blocks.
