Make sure your jaw is relaxed and do not grit your teeth. Stress seems to manifest itself in certain areas of our bodies, and the jaw is a primary target. When you notice yourself becoming overly stressed, use your index finger to press against your jaw. Next, clench your jaw, inhale deeply and exhale deeply to release your jaw. This should relieve some of the stress and help you feel better.
